Frequently Asked Questions
Q. Are same-day appointments available?
A. Yes. However, these spots are limited and are on a first come, first serve basis.
Q. I need to reschedule my appointment. How can I do this?
A. Please call the office at least 24 hours prior to your appointment time to reschedule.
Q. How do I get a medication refill?
A. All medication refills require an appointment with Dr. Singh. We do not otherwise refill medications via phone or fax.
Q. Dr. Singh ordered a blood test for me. When will I be contacted to discuss the results?
A. Usually 1-2 weeks following completion.
Q. Dr. Singh ordered an imaging or diagnostic study for me. When will I be contacted to discuss the results?
A. For x-rays and ultrasounds, generally 1-2 weeks following completion. For CT scans, MRIs, and all other imaging or diagnostic studies, generally 2-3 weeks following completion.
Q. If I call the Clinic, can I get my results sooner?
A. No. Results must be reviewed by the doctor before an appointment can be scheduled. Please allow for the maximum specified times above prior to calling the office.
Q. If my results are normal, will I still receive a call from the office?
A. Yes. If you do not receive a call within the specified times above, please call the Clinic so that we may request receipt of them from the diagnostic facility on your behalf.
Q. Do I need a lab paper/requisition in-hand to take to my LifeLabs appointment?
A. No. All lab requisitions are sent directly from the Clinic to LifeLabs electronically on your behalf. You may choose any LifeLabs location. Please take your MSP card with you to the appointment.
Q. How can I get a copy of my Lifelabs results?
A. You will need to make a MyCareCompass account via Lifelabs to view results online.
Policies
Respectful Conduct: We request that all patients and visitors treat our clinic staff with respect at all times. The use of foul language or aggressive behavior will not be tolerated. We reserve the right to terminate the doctor-patient relationship if these standards are not adhered to.
Telephone Appointments: For telephone appointments, Dr. Angela Singh will contact you from a personal cell phone. Please do not call or text this number outside of your scheduled appointment time, as such communications will not be responded to.
